At 9:00 p.m. on December 22, the Criminal - Economic - Drug Police Team (Tien Lang District Police) caught Nguyen Ba Binh (born in 1986, residing in Xuan Trai village, Bac Hung commune, Tien Lang, Hai Phong) red-handed while he was producing and storing prohibited goods (fireworks) at his private home in Xuan Trai village.
Seized evidence includes finished fireworks weighing over 7 kg, about 7 kg of fireworks powder and many related evidences.
Currently, Tien Lang District Police are investigating and strictly handling Nguyen Ba Binh according to the provisions of the law.
Previously, on January 18 and 19, the Investigation Team of An Lao District Police (Hai Phong) discovered, caught red-handed, and handled two cases of illegal production, trading, and storage of firecrackers. The Investigation Police Agency of An Lao District Police temporarily detained Nguyen Phu Tan (born in 1979, residing in Nguyet Ang 1 village, Thai Son commune, An Lao district) for further investigation.
