According to information from Hai Phong City Police, at 8:30 p.m. on September 20, Cat Hai District Police caught Bui Van Lam (born in 1991, residing in Duc Loi, Mo Duc, Quang Ngai) in VIP room 4 of Ngoc Linh karaoke bar (group 18, Cat Ba town, Cat Hai district) for illegally storing drugs. At the scene, the police seized 0.24 grams of Ketamine, 0.4 grams of MDMA and many related exhibits.
At 11:30 p.m. on September 24, at Ao Coi hamlet, Phu Long commune, Phu Long commune police (Cat Hai district) discovered two subjects, including Nguyen Son Tung (born in 1995, residing in Ao Coi hamlet) and Nguyen Viet Hung (born in 1994, residing in Xuan Dam commune, Cat Hai district) organizing illegal use of drugs, and seized many related exhibits.
