On November 11, according to Hung Yen Provincial Police, Bac Thuy Anh Commune Police received a report from Ms. T.T.N (born in 1984, residing in Tu Cuong Village, Bac Thuy Anh Commune) about a thief breaking in and stealing 10 chickens and 3 goosebumps, worth about 3.4 million VND.
Immediately after receiving the news, the Crime Prevention Team - Bac Thuy Anh Commune Police quickly deployed professional measures, verified and reviewed the suspect.
After about 3 hours of active investigation, the police force clarified and arrested Le Khanh Thanh (born in 1995, residing in Minh Vu village, Dong Thuy Anh commune) as the subject who committed the theft.
Expanding the investigation, Thanh admitted that 2 days earlier, in the early morning of November 2, 2025, he had stolen 17 chickens and 5 goosebumps from the family of Mr. V.V.S (born in 1960, residing in Dong Doai village, Bac Thuy Anh commune).
Based on the collected documents and evidence, on November 6, 2025, the Investigation Police Agency of Hung Yen Province Police issued a Decision to prosecute the case, prosecute the accused and issue an order to temporarily detain Le Khanh Thanh for handling according to the provisions of law.
