On September 22, Kon Tum Ward Police, Quang Ngai Province, said they had quickly investigated and clarified the two subjects who robbed people's phones in the crowded ward center.
At around 5:00 p.m. on September 20, Ms. P.T.M.T. (born in 2009, residing in Dak Mar commune, Quang Ngai province) went to Kon Tum ward police to report the phone snatching by two subjects driving a motorbike while using it at the intersection of Tran Hung Dao - Phan Dinh Phung streets, Kon Tum ward.
Immediately after receiving the report, Kon Tum Ward Police promptly deployed professional measures, organized verification, and investigated in the area.
After only 3 hours, the police identified the two perpetrators as A.B. (born in 2001) and A.S. (born in 1999), both residing in Plei Don village, Kon Tum ward.
Notably, both subjects have criminal records, in which S was convicted of "Robbery", had just completed serving his prison sentence but continued to re-offend.
Currently, Kon Tum Ward Police have prepared a file to handle it in accordance with legal regulations.
