Having the intention of snatching property, Phuc followed the man on his motorbike. When he reached the intersection of Ly Thuong Kiet Street - Hanoi, Phuc drove close and snatched N's iPhone 12 Promax.
Upon receiving the victim's report, the Social Order Crime Investigation Police Team of Hue City Police quickly organized a search for the perpetrator.
At 7:00 p.m. the same day, the unit clarified, arrested Phuc, recovered the evidence, and consolidated the case file to handle Phuc according to the provisions of the law.
