The subjects being handled include: Nguyen Van Thanh, Tran Dinh Hien (residing in Buon Ma Thuot city); Pham Hong Cuong (residing in Cu M'gar district) and Tran Duy Huynh (residing in Krong Bong district) all working as taxi drivers.
Nguyen Thanh Nhan, residing in Buon Ma Thuot city) works as a barber.
Previously, at 1:00 a.m. on April 2, a working group of Tan Loi Ward Police patrolled through a flower garden on Che Lan Vien Street (Buon Ma Thuot City).
At this time, the authorities discovered and caught the above subjects red-handed gambling for money in the form of scratching.
On the silver screen and in the subjects' bodies, the police seized 6 sets of cards, more than 10 million VND in cash and many related exhibits.
Currently, Tan Loi Ward Police are consolidating records to strictly handle the subjects according to the provisions of the law.
