    Previously, at around 9:10 p.m. on November 18, in the corridor of the second floor of Nguyen Ngoc Toan's house (residing in Truong Lam village, Dan Hai commune), Dan Hai commune police discovered and caught 11 subjects, all residing in Truong Lam village, gambling.

    The police agency drew up a record and seized the amount of 39,835,000 VND and related objects and documents.
