Caught red-handed a subject possessing and trading synthetic drugs in Hai Phong

Hai Phong - Nam Sach Commune Police caught Pham Viet Tu red-handed in possession and sale of synthetic drugs, seizing 3.581 grams of crystal meth and 3 pink pills.

On October 25, according to Nam Sach Commune Police (Hai Phong City), the unit has just caught a subject red-handed for illegally storing drugs for the purpose of selling for profit.

Specifically, at about 10:25 p.m. on October 22, 2025, the Nam Sach Commune Police discovered and caught Pham Viet Tu (born in 1990, residing in Phu Lien village, Nam Sach commune) in the act of hiding 3.581 grams of synthetic drugs (including crystal meth and 3 pink pills).

The investigation process showed that on October 21, 2025, Pham Viet Tu sold Hoang Van Khac (born in 1990, residing in Nham Cap village, Nam Sach commune) a package of crystal meth for 500,000 VND.

After buying drugs, Khac, Hoang Van Tiep (born in 1988), Pham Minh Chau (born in 1993, all residing in Nham Cap village) and Nguyen Quang Thanh (born in 2000, residing in Trac Chau residential group, Thanh Dong ward, Hai Phong city) organized illegal drug use in Tiep's room.

On October 23, when they learned that Nam Sach Commune Police had arrested Pham Viet Tu and invited Hoang Van Khac to work, the four subjects went to the police station to surrender and confess all their violations.

Currently, the case is being further investigated and handled by Nam Sach Commune Police in accordance with the provisions of law.
