At 2:30 p.m. on October 15, during the patrol and control process, the working group of Kien Hai Commune Police promptly discovered and caught 3 subjects including: Nguyen Van Khoa (born in 1991, residing in Kien Hai Commune, Hai Phong) and accomplices Bui Duc Hanh (born in 1991, residing in Dai Dong Commune, Phu Tho Province) and Ngo Van Vinh (born in 1992, residing in Kien Hai Commune, Hai Phong) in the act of illegally using drugs in the Department's bedroom.
The seized exhibits include: 1 drug use device, 1 lighter, 2 plastic bags containing white crystalline substances suspected to be drugs, 1 electronic scale, 1 plastic bag containing white crystalline substances suspected to be drugs; 16 small plastic bags containing white crystalline substances, 1 small plastic bag containing red powder, 1 small plastic bag containing 4 red round tablets with a diameter of about 0.5cm, suspected to be drugs. Along with that, the working group also seized from Hanh a plastic bag containing white powder suspected to be drugs.
Kien Hai Commune Police have drawn up a record of the crime, temporarily detained the subjects and coordinated with the Drug Crime Investigation Police Department of the City Police to consolidate records, documents, and evidence, and bring the subjects to strict handling according to the law.
