The identities of the two subjects who were temporarily detained are Tran Van Cuong (born in 1996, residing in Yen Ngu village, Tien Dien commune, Ha Tinh province) and Phan Van Chung (born in 1999, residing in Van Thanh Bac village, Co Dam commune, Ha Tinh province).
Previously, on August 7, in Yen Ngu village, Tien Dien commune, Tien Dien commune police discovered and caught Tran Van Cuong and Phan Van Chung red-handed in the act of illegally storing and organizing the use of drugs.
The investigation determined that both subjects were workers from abroad who had just returned to their hometowns.
Taking advantage of Tran Van Cuong's house located near the sea, in a deserted area, he gathered to use drugs to avoid detection by people and authorities.
The case is continuing to be investigated and clarified.
