Previously, on August 9, Can Loc Commune Police discovered and arrested Pham Hong Van (born in 1973, residing in Nam Hong Linh Ward, Ha Tinh Province) while illegally buying and selling drugs in the area. The seized exhibits included 0.06g of Methamphetamine and 0.11g of heroin.
Currently, commune-level police units in Ha Tinh have strengthened security and order in general, and prevented drug crimes in particular.
In particular, many localities have discovered, prosecuted, and transferred the case to competent authorities to prosecute subjects who buy, store, organize drug use and subjects who are under post-rehabilitation management but are rec converting to drug addiction and continuing to use drugs.
