On August 21, the Investigation Police Agency of Ha Tinh Province Police prosecuted the accused and issued an arrest warrant to temporarily detain Hoang Duc Dung (born in 1993, residing in Kim Son village, Ky Xuan commune, Ha Tinh province) for the crime of "Theft of property".
Previously, on July 19, Ky Anh Commune Police received a report from Mr. V.T.D (residing in Son Thinh Village, Ky Anh Commune, Ha Tinh Province) about his family being away and being broken into by thieves who stole 10 bags of rice with a total weight of more than 400kg.
Immediately after receiving the report, Ky Anh Commune Police urgently deployed forces, conducted an investigation, clarified and identified Hoang Duc Dung as the subject who committed the crime.
It is known that Dung has a previous conviction for "Illegal possession of narcotics" and was subject to compulsory drug rehabilitation measures.
