During the investigation, on December 27, Vu Quang District Police arrested Pham Anh Tuan with stolen property, a SH motorbike.
The Investigation Police Agency of Vu Quang District Police has issued a decision to prosecute the case, prosecute the accused and issue a detention order against Pham Anh Tuan for theft of property.
