Ms. Nguyen Thi Nhan (born in 1982, residing in Quy Nhon City), a worker at Quy Nhon Urban Environment Joint Stock Company, shared: "These days, workers are quite busy with decoration, flower planting, cleaning in public areas,... to ensure aesthetics, environmental sanitation, and serve people to celebrate the traditional New Year. Currently, public areas are almost decorated with flowers, lights and cleaned, I see the atmosphere of Tet has filled the streets of Quy Nhon."
To create architectural and landscape highlights to serve people and tourists during Tet, Chairman of Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee Pham Anh Tuan requested localities to decorate architectural works, plant flowers, install lighting systems, etc.
Cleaning, collecting garbage, wastewater... in public areas such as squares, parks, flower gardens, to serve people and organize events and festivals during Tet.
At the same time, do a good job of managing urban order and traffic; strengthen inspection and resolutely handle the situation of encroachment on sidewalks and roads for parking, business and trading, ensuring traffic safety and urban beauty.
Inspect and urge units to speed up construction progress, dismantle and remove barriers, clean construction areas... to avoid affecting people's lives and activities during Tet.
The provincial police directed forces to coordinate with localities to ensure security, order and traffic safety; to implement routes, traffic flow, and reasonable parking locations during events and festivals, so that people and tourists can travel conveniently and safely.
