On the afternoon of March 6, the People's Committee of Hai Phong City held a conference to announce the decision of the Chairman of the People's Committee of the City on personnel work at the Hai Phong Museum and Library. The conference was attended by Mr. Hoang Minh Cuong, Vice Chairman of Hai Phong City People's Committee and leaders of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Department of Home Affairs, representatives of relevant departments, branches and units.
According to the Decision of the Hai Phong City People's Committee, the Chairman of the City People's Committee decided to appoint Ms. Bui Thi Nguyet Nga, Director of the Hai Phong Museum under the Department of Culture and Sports, to the position of Director of the Hai Phong Museum and Library under the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism. The appointment term is 5 years, starting from May 1, 2023 (the day the Chairman of the City People's Committee appoints the Director of the Hai Phong Museum). This decision takes effect from March 1, 2025.
Speaking at the announcement ceremony of the appointment decision, Vice Chairman of Hai Phong City People's Committee Hoang Minh Cuong congratulated Ms. Bui Thi Nguyet Nga, and at the same time hoped that the director of Hai Phong Museum and Library, together with the collective, would unite and promote their capacity to lead the unit, overcome difficulties and excellently complete assigned tasks.
