At around 11pm on June 3, on Ho Sen Street, Le Chan District, the patrol team discovered 5 young men riding 3 motorbikes without license plates, without helmets, speeding, reckless overtaking, and exchanging. The working group stopped the vehicle and inspected: Pham The Ng (born in 2008, residing in Dong Hoa ward, Kien An, Hai Phong), Dao Duy A (born in 2005, residing in Doan Lap, Tien Lang, Hai Phong)... all of whom were driving motorbikes without license plates.
The above cases have violations of traffic safety order such as: not wearing helmets for motorbike or motorbike riders; carrying people on the vehicle without helmets for motorbike or motorbike riders; not having a license plate; not having a motorbike driving license...
Also on the night of June 3, the authorities discovered and handled the following cases: Dang Nguyen Duc S (born in 2004, driving a motorbike without a license plate, residing in Viet Tien, Vinh Bao, Hai Phong), Phan Khanh Nhat Q (born in 2006, driving a motorbike 15AS - 083.68, residing in An Bien ward, Le Chan, Hai Phong), Tran Ha Ph (born in 2003, driving a motorbike 15C1 - 541.86, residing in Ngo Quyen district, Hai Phong).
The Mobile Police Department has handed over the cases and vehicles to the police of Kenh Duong, Du Hang Kenh, Dong Hoa wards for strict handling according to regulations.
