On the evening of October 4, at the Provincial Conference Center, the art program "Under the glorious Party flag, Vinh Long is proud to move forward" took place, successfully welcoming the 1st Congress of the Vinh Long Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030.
The program is divided into two chapters with many outstanding performances, combining singing, dancing, Cai Luong and various forms of art.
Chapter I Under the Party flag, the glory and gratitude of Uncle Ho, the spirit of national solidarity and the role of the Vinh Long Provincial Party Committee in The common house - Vietnam.
Chapter II Vinh Long is proud to honor Vinh Long today, the quintessential gathering of the three lands, both having the characteristics of the Mekong Delta and reflecting its own identity.
Speaking at the art program, Ms. Ho Thi Hoang Yen - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee said that on October 2 - 3, the Vinh Long Provincial Party Committee solemnly held the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030 at the Provincial Conference Center.
Comrade Le Minh Tri - Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court attended and directed the Congress.
The Congress has 499/500 official delegates, representing more than 152,000 Party members of the Provincial Party Committee attending.
With the motto "Solidarity - Responsibility - Discipline - Breakthrough - Development", the 1st Congress of the Vinh Long Provincial Party Committee has completed all contents and programs according to the set plan.
With a sense of responsibility, the Congress reviewed, frankly pointed out limitations, shortcomings, causes and drew lessons; at the same time, set out viewpoints, goals, tasks and solutions for the 2025 - 2030 term.
The theme of the Congress: Building a clean and strong Party Committee and political system; promoting the strength of great solidarity, revolutionary tradition and cultural identity; ensuring national defense and security; promoting innovation, breakthroughs, bringing Vinh Long to rapid and sustainable development in the new era.
The Congress unanimously approved 31 main targets, 3 breakthroughs, and 6 key tasks.
The art program is a special occasion to successfully celebrate the 1st Congress of the Vinh Long Provincial Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030.
"The program is not only a meaningful artistic gift but also shows the pride, aspiration for development and solidarity of Vinh Long in the new era," Ms. Yen added.
