Cao Bang police train grassroots order forces

On October 21, Cao Bang Provincial Police opened a training course to improve professional skills for grassroots public order forces.

Accordingly, the class was held at the Cao Bang Provincial Police Training and Professional Development Center.

During the training period, nearly 150 trainees who are team leaders, deputy team leaders and team members of the grassroots security and order protection team (grassroots order) in Cao Bang province will be trained and educated in politics and law; trained and educated in professional skills, including 7 topics:

Grasp the situation of security and order; build a mass movement to protect national security; prevent and fight fires, search and rescue; administrative management of social order; training in management and use of support tools; self-defense skills when performing duties; mobilize and educate people who have committed law violations and are residing at the grassroots level.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Colonel Sam Minh Ho - Deputy Director of Cao Bang Provincial Police asked the trainees to uphold their sense of responsibility, attend all training sessions to fully absorb the content of the topics presented by the reporters; frankly discuss unclear issues, limitations and shortcomings in performing tasks in their localities.

Thereby, equipping the forces participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level with basic and practical knowledge, raising awareness and understanding of politics, law, and expertise, ensuring the capacity to perform the tasks prescribed in the Law on Forces Participating in Protecting Security and Order at the Grassroots Level.
