On June 4, at the Viet Uc Motor Driving Training and Testing Center (Phu Ly City, Ha Nam Province), Ha Nam Provincial Police organized an exam to test and grant a road motor vehicle driving license.
This is also the first test in Ha Nam province after officially taking on the function of managing and organizing the test, marking an important change in tightening management, improving the quality of driver training and testing.
This driving test exam has the participation of 462 candidates, testing for driving classes B1, B and C.
As a rule, candidates participating in the test will undergo all the test contents including: The theoretical section on the computer, simulating traffic situations; The practice section in the image, the exam on the road.
The new point of this test is that the Traffic Police of the Provincial Police will conduct an alcohol and stimulant test to measure the concentration of candidates before taking the driving test on the road.
