At about 5:00 p.m. on April 10, 2025, Van Chuong Ward Police, Hanoi City Police arrested Hoang Dinh Nham (born in 1982, permanent residence in Bac Hai residential group, Bang La ward, Do Son district, Hai Phong city).
At that time, the working group of Van Chuong Ward Police discovered a young man wandering in front of No. 1 Quoc Tu Giam, Van Chuong Ward, Dong Da District, Hanoi City, with identifying characteristics similar to the wanted subject according to the announcement of the Investigation Police Agency of Hai Phong City Police.
After conducting an inspection, the authorities identified this person as Hoang Dinh Nham, and were wanted under Decision No. 03 dated July 22, 2023 of the Investigation Police Agency of Do Son District Police, Hai Phong City for the act of "Theft of property".
At the police station, Hoang Dinh Nham confessed that around July 2023, due to business losses, the subject committed the act of stealing family property to pay off debts, then fled and did not return home.
In early 2025, knowing that he was wanted by the authorities, Nham continued to seek escape, living a wandering life, and not having a fixed place to live.
After being arrested, Hoang Dinh Nham confessed to all of his crimes and complied with the arrest warrant according to the wanted notice.
Van Chuong Ward Police are preparing a file and proposing to handle the subject according to the provisions of the law.
