On September 20, Thanh Hung Commune Police (An Giang Province) said that they had recently coordinated with local authorities to promptly stop two groups of teenagers from fighting, causing disorder in the area.
Previously, receiving a report from the people that a group of teenagers holding weapons were preparing to fight in Thanh Hiep Hamlet, Thanh Hung Commune.
Immediately after receiving the news, Thanh Hung Commune Police urgently coordinated with forces participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level to quickly verify and deploy forces to prevent and avoid consequences. The police temporarily detained 7 subjects aged from 16 to 18 years old, seized 4 homemade knives and 3 motorbikes.
At the police station, the subjects confessed that due to personal conflicts, they had prepared weapons to fight. The case is currently being further verified and clarified for handling according to the provisions of law.
