According to Can Tho City Police, on July 8, while traveling for medical examination and treatment, Mr. Le Thanh Binh dropped a wallet with personal documents and assets inside.

On July 10, a resident living in Hung Phu ward, Can Tho city picked up the wallet and handed it over to Hung Phu ward police.

After receiving the report, Major Ngo Dang Trinh - Police of Area 10, Hung Phu Ward Police - reported to the unit commander.

After that, Major Ngo Dang Trinh quickly searched the national population database system to find contact information for the person who lost property through the personal identification number on the Citizen Identification Card.
