On the afternoon of August 13, the leader of Van Ninh Commune Police said that he had just coordinated with the Drug Crime Investigation Police Department (Khanh Hoa Provincial Police) to inspect a house on Ly Thuong Kiet Street (residential group 8, Van Ninh Commune).
Through inspection, the police caught 6 subjects red-handed while organizing illegal use of drugs.
The subjects include: Pham Van Tinh (born in 1990), Nguyen Van Tri (born in 1988), Luong Ngoc Truong (born in 1991, all residing in Van Ninh commune) and Le Trinh Tuan Khanh (born in 2001), Vo Tan Dat (born in 2001), Huynh Van Dat (born in 2004, all residing in Van Hung commune).
At the scene, the police seized many evidences for illegal use of drugs.
Rapid test results showed that all 6 subjects tested positive for drugs.
The Investigation Police Agency of Khanh Hoa Province Police has temporarily detained 4 subjects including: Pham Van Tinh, Le Trinh Tuan Khanh, Nguyen Van Tri and Luong Ngoc Truong to continue investigating and handling the act of organizing illegal use of drugs.
The remaining two subjects, Vo Tan Dat and Huynh Van Dat, were released on bail to serve the investigation according to the law.
