On November 26, a working delegation of Phu Tho Provincial Police led by Lieutenant Colonel Bui Viet Hung - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy Director of the Provincial Police visited, shared and supported Hue City Police after the flood caused heavy damage in the area.
At the meeting, Lieutenant Colonel Bui Viet Hung sent his condolences and encouragement to the officers, soldiers and people of Hue City, acknowledging the bravery and responsibility of the police force when they promptly went to the base to support relocation, rescue and overcoming the consequences of natural disasters.
The delegation representative emphasized that the image of police officers " reasoning in storms for the people" has strongly spread the spirit of dedication of the people's police force.
In the spirit of mutual love, Phu Tho Provincial Police has launched a campaign for each officer and soldier to donate one day's salary to share difficulties with teammates at Hue City Police. On this occasion, the delegation presented 300 million VND to support officers and soldiers affected by floods.
Colonel Duong Van Thoan - Deputy Director of Hue City Police thanked the attention and timely support of Phu Tho Provincial Police, and said that the force is focusing on helping people overcome the consequences and proactively deploy response plans for the next storm.
