On July 2, Pho Hien Ward Police announced the Decision of the Minister of Public Security on the establishment of the Ward Police and the decisions of the Director of Hung Yen Provincial Police on personnel work.
At the ceremony, Lieutenant Colonel Tran Lam Tung - Head of Pho Hien Ward Police - announced decisions on the organization and personnel. Accordingly, the Ward Police is organized with 1 Chief of Police, 5 Deputy Chief of Police and 65 officers and soldiers assigned to 5 specialized working groups.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Kha Phuc - Party Secretary, Chairman of the People's Council of Pho Hien Ward - affirmed that the merger of administrative units is a major shift in boundaries and organizational models, requiring the police force to quickly stabilize the organization, perfect the apparatus, proactively grasp the situation, ensure security and order, effectively serve the task of developing the local economy - society, culture.
Mr. Nguyen Kha Phuc suggested that the Ward Police strengthen coordination with forces, promote their advisory role for the Party Committee and ward authorities in maintaining security, order and social safety.
The announcement ceremony is an important step to perfect the situation, marking the readiness to deploy tasks of the Pho Hien Ward Police force in the new development stage, meeting the requirements of the two-level government model after the merger.
