At 10:30 a.m. on August 4, during patrolling and controlling, the working group of Hai An Ward Police discovered and arrested 4 subjects with signs of suspected illegal use of drugs at a labor camp at the end of Lane 76, Trang Cat Street, Hai An Ward.
The subjects include Nguyen Van Bao (born in 1987, in Ta Xa, Cam Khe, Phu Tho), Hoang Duc Thuan (born in 1995, in Hoa Mac, Van Ban, Lao Cai), Nguyen Van Tuan (born in 2000, in Ea M' Doal, M'Drak, Dac Lac), Nguyen Ton Tam An (born in 2000, on Thanh To Street, Hai An, Hai Phong). At the scene, the authorities seized a plastic bottle with a straw and a glass hotpot and a gas lighter. The ward police have drawn up a record of temporary seizure of related exhibits and brought the subjects to the headquarters for questioning. Focusing on the fight, the above subjects initially confessed that when they were illegally using drugs ( crystal meth) together, they were discovered and arrested by the police.
At 3:00 p.m. the same day, through the reflection of the people, the Crime Prevention Department - Hai An Ward Police discovered Tran Van Huyen (born in 1995, in Van Ban Commune, Lao Cai Province) showing suspicious signs. After verification, Huyen initially confessed that she had used crystal meth on August 1 at Lane 76 Trang Cat. Rapid test results, Huyen tested positive for Methamphetamine ( crystal meth).
Currently, Hai An Ward Police continue to complete the file to bring the subject to strict handling according to the provisions of the law.
