At about 10:10 p.m. on November 16, while on patrol to ensure security and order on National Highway 5, the working group of Mao Dien Commune Police promptly discovered a young man lying unconscious on the side of the road, in front of the gate of Tung Yang Company Limited. The incident occurred late at night, cold weather, fast and crowded traffic, posing many potential dangers that threatened the lives of victims...
Immediately upon reaching the scene, the police officers and soldiers of the commune took a preliminary check and found that the victim had signs of danger: no reflexes, cold limbs, weak pulse... Without hesitation, the working group quickly helped the people to keep warm, provide initial first aid, and called an ambulance to take the victim to the hospital for further treatment. At the same time, the Commune Police force deployed the verification of the victim's identity to promptly notify relatives.
At around 11pm the same day, Mao Dien Commune Police identified the victim as Mr. Lo Van C (born in 1996, permanent residence in Muong La, Son La Province; currently renting a room in Le Xa Village, Phuc Dien Commune). Immediately after verification, the Commune Police contacted and notified the family to promptly arrive to take care of Mr. C at the hospital. Thanks to timely help, Mr. C's health has stabilized and he is continuing to be monitored and treated.
