On September 30, a clip was circulated on social media recording a young man riding a motorbike away from the scene after an accident.
Through verification, the incident occurred on the evening of September 27 in Vinh Loc residential area, Binh Hung Hoa B ward, Binh Tan district. The victim in the clip is T.L.T.V. (21 years old, living in Binh Tan district).
The accident happened at around 8:00 p.m. on September 27. V. was riding his motorbike on Highway 1A in Vinh Loc residential area when he suddenly collided with a motorbike driven by a young man at the intersection of 1A - 4A. The strong impact caused V. to fall onto the road, his body convulsing.
At that time, the young man who caused the accident parked his motorbike and left the scene, leaving the victim behind (V.).
Discovering the incident, some people nearby ran out to stop him, but the young man escaped. Victim V. was taken to the hospital by local people immediately after.
Upon receiving the news, Binh Tan District authorities were present to examine the scene, extract security cameras, and search for the young man involved in the incident.
