On May 8, the People's Committee of Bo Trach district coordinated with functional forces to organize enforcement and force the implementation of remedial measures against Mr. H.D.L (residing in Noi Hai village, Hai Phu commune) for illegal land encroachment.
According to the record, Mr. H.D.L has encroached 120.5m² of rice land and 7.7m² of residential land in rural areas. On April 16, 2025, Chairman of Bo Trach District People's Committee issued Decision No. 1946/QD-CCXP on enforcement and forced to restore the current situation of encroached soil. Local authorities have organized propaganda and advocacy for Mr. L to voluntarily observe within 25 days after receiving the decision.
However, Mr. L did not comply, forcing the District People's Committee to carry out enforcement according to the law. At the scene, the authorities announced the decision and implemented the enforcement according to the plan.
The enforcement process took place according to the correct procedures, ensuring safety, and no complicated security and order situations occurred.
The People's Committee of Bo Trach district has handed over an area of 120.5m2 of agricultural land to the People's Committee of Hai Phu commune for management and requested that no re-encroachment should occur in the coming time.
