In 2024, the total number of guests is expected to reach 10.3 million, an increase of 39% compared to 2023. Of which, international visitors are estimated to reach 4.2 million, an increase of 2.1 times, domestic visitors are estimated to reach 6.1 million, an increase of 13%. Revenue from accommodation, food and beverage, and travel for the whole year is estimated to reach more than 38,000 billion VND, an increase of 37% compared to 2023, equal to 178% compared to 2019.

In 2025, the total number of visitors is expected to reach more than 10.5 million, an increase of 6% compared to 2024. Of which, international visitors are estimated to reach 4.3 million, an increase of 11%, domestic visitors are estimated to reach more than 6.2 million. Revenue from accommodation, food and beverage, and travel in 2025 is estimated to reach 40,700 billion VND, an increase of 11% compared to 2024.
Compared to 2019, the number of visitors from Korea, China, Thailand, and Japan decreased, especially the Korean market decreased by 8.5% and China decreased by 13.6%. Offsetting this decrease was the growth of some new markets: Taiwan (China) increased by 8.1%, India increased by 4.2%, Russia increased by 1.4%...
This reality reflects the shift of some traditional tourist markets to new destinations, and at the same time demonstrates the effectiveness of diversifying the international tourist market.
As of September 2024, there are 20 flights to Da Nang (5 domestic flights and 15 regular international flights), 27 cruise ships and 32,550 passengers to Da Nang.

Conference and Exhibition Tourism (MICE), Golf Tourism, and Culinary Tourism have contributed to promoting the Da Nang brand to the world. In particular, the pilot program to attract wedding tourists, in the first 9 months of 2024, has contributed to attracting 35 weddings, in the form of wedding tourism with couples from India, Australia, Japan, Singapore, and the US.
