In particular, step up the fight against smuggling, counterfeit goods and trade fraud; combat revenue loss and tax fraud; strengthen inspection and supervision of the implementation of price management regulations for important supplies and essential goods related to production and people's lives.
Strictly and thoroughly implement the prevention and combat of trade fraud and transfer pricing. Conduct investigations and strictly handle acts of taking advantage of the lack of understanding, speculation and price increases, acts of taking advantage of emergencies, incidents, disasters, natural disasters, and epidemics to unreasonably increase the selling prices of goods and services for personal gain in accordance with the provisions of law.
Strengthen inspection and supervision of compliance with legal regulations on prices in the area, strictly handle violations of the law according to regulations.
According to Colonel Tran Cong Thanh, Commander of the Da Nang City Border Guard Command, from now until the Lunar New Year 2025, the situation of smuggling and illegal transportation of goods is forecast to continue to develop in an increasingly complicated and unpredictable direction.
The City Border Guard Command directed units to increase forces in key directions and areas, coordinate with relevant forces to resolutely combat smuggling and illegal transportation of goods into Vietnam.
