Da Nang adjusts the frequency and reduces bus fares for routes 2 and 21 to support cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers to work after the merger.

On July 23, the Department of Construction of Da Nang City said that the unit has adjusted the frequency of buses during rush hours - in the morning towards the center and in the afternoon towards the suburbs - to serve the daily travel needs of the team of cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers working in the city.

Deploying the plan to organize transportation after the merger of provinces, the Department of Construction has coordinated with bus operators to unify the adjustment of routes, increase the number of trips, add vehicles with greater capacity and apply a policy of reducing ticket prices to support officials from localities to work in Da Nang.

In order to facilitate users, the Department has also published detailed information on the operation of bus routes. Specifically, route No. 2 (Central Bus Station - City Administrative Center - Cua Dai) has adjusted the frequency of buses during morning and afternoon rush hours, with a frequency of 15 - 30 minutes/trip. In which, the direction from Cua Dai at 5:05 am to 5:50 am has a frequency of 15 minutes/trip; the direction back from Central Bus Station at 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm is 20 minutes/trip.

Regarding ticket prices, the operating unit commits to supporting reductions in single-trip and monthly ticket prices for cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers of state agencies and units in the area.

From August 1, 2025, the Department of Construction will coordinate with the Smart Traffic Operation Center to arrange a reception table on the first floor of the City Administrative Center to support employees to register for monthly bus tickets right at the workplace.

In addition, to facilitate vehicle conversion, pick-up/ drop-off points have been arranged near locations where bus riders can park their personal vehicles and use public transport as means of transportation.
