Initial information, the accident occurred at around 7:20 p.m. on June 19 at km 39+600 of National Highway 10 (upstream of the old Tien Cuu bridge, Dai Thang commune, Tien Lang, Hai Phong). At this time, a motorbike driven by Mr. V.A.C (born in 1991, residing in Thuan Chau, Son La) was traveling from Thai Binh to Quang Ninh when it hit the hard median strip to separate the rudimentary lane. As a result, Mr. C died at the scene.

Previously, at about 1:51 a.m. on June 18, a serious traffic accident also occurred on National Highway 10 through Quoc Tuan Commune, An Lao District. The truck driven by Mr. V.V.H (born in 1997, residing in Hung Ha, Thai Binh) was traveling from Thai Binh to Hai Phong when it collided with a motorbike driven by B.A.T (born in 2001, residing in Thanh Ha, Hai Duong) in the same direction. As a result, T died on the spot.
