Through the work of grasping the situation, the authorities discovered that Mr. H.D.H (born in 1969, residing in Dong Thinh village, Nam Thai Ninh commune) used his personal Facebook to comment and share articles related to the policy of merging provincial administrative units. The article contained untrue content, causing negative impacts on social networks.
The Commune Police Security Team invited Mr. H.D.H to work. At the police station, Mr. H.D.H admitted to the violation, saying that sharing false information was due to lack of understanding and limited awareness.
Considering this was the first violation, good personal conduct, and the behavior had not caused serious consequences, Nam Thai Ninh Commune Police applied educational and propaganda measures, requested the removal of all articles with bad and toxic content and wrote a commitment not to repeat the offense.
