On May 13, Chairman of the People's Committee of Can Tho City Truong Canh Tuyen signed a Decision on adjusting the members of the Specific Land Price Appraisal Council in Can Tho City.
Accordingly, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tam, Deputy Head of the Tax Department of the XIX region, will replace Mr. Huynh Tan Phat.
Other contents in Decision No. 676/QD-UBND dated March 17, 2025 of the City People's Committee on the completion of the Specific Land Valuation Council in Can Tho City remain unchanged.
As Lao Dong reported, according to Decision 676/QD-UBND, Mr. Duong Tan Hien, Permanent Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee, is the Chairman of the Council. The Vice Chairman of the Council is Mr. Le Thanh Tam, Director of the Department of Finance of Can Tho City. There are many other members of the Specific Land Valuation Council in Can Tho City.
The task of this Council is to operate and appraise the land price plan in accordance with the Land Law in 2024, Decree No. 71/2024/ND-CP of June 27, 2024 of the Government and guiding documents; Perform periodic and irregular reports at the request of the City People's Committee and the Chairman of the City People's Committee on the implementation of the assigned tasks.
Accordingly, the Department of Finance is the standing agency of the Council, responsible for presiding over and coordinating members of the Council to advise the Chairman of the Council to develop the operation regulations of the Council and assign specific tasks to each member of the Council, set up a assisting specialist group to the Council; Using officials of the agency to perform relevant tasks to operate the Council.
