Subject with a previous conviction for theft continues to commit crimes after being released from prison

    Ninh Binh - The motorbike thief, who had a previous conviction, was arrested by Hoa Lu Ward Police and the evidence was confiscated.

    On December 18, Hoa Lu Ward Police (Ninh Binh) announced that they had arrested Ninh Duy Huy, born in 2005, residing in Vu Phuong Commune, Ninh Binh Province, for the act of property theft. This subject has a previous conviction for theft of property and was just released from the camp in September 2025.

    Previously, on December 16, Hoa Lu Ward Police received a report from Mr. Le Huy, born in 1982, residing at 12/87 Nguyen Van Cu, Hoa Lu Ward, about the theft of a white Piaggio Liberty motorbike, with license plate: 35B1-188.88, worth about 10 million VND.

    Immediately after receiving the report, Hoa Lu Ward Police deployed synchronous professional measures, investigated and determined that Ninh Duy Huy was the perpetrator of the theft of the above motorbike.

    On December 17, Hoa Lu Ward Police coordinated with Vu Ban Commune Police to arrest Huy and seize the evidence.

    At the Hoa Lu Ward Police headquarters, Huy confessed to all of his violations.

    Currently, Hoa Lu Ward Police are continuing to investigate to handle according to regulations.
