Vu Thi Thanh (born in 1958, residing in Gia Vien ward, Hai Phong) is wanted for the crime of Fraudulent appropriation of property under Decision No. 35/QDTN dated November 30, 2015 of the Criminal Enforcement Agency of Hai Phong City Police.
On the morning of November 5, the Department of Cyber Security and High-Tech Crime Prevention and Control coordinated with the Department of Criminal Enforcement and Judicial Support of the City Police to successfully arrest Vu Thi Thanh.
Previously, on October 24, the Criminal Police Team of the Criminal Police Department successfully arrested wanted suspect Nguyen Phuong Loan (born in 1970, from Le Loi commune, Kien Xuong district, Thai Binh province, now in Hung Yen province) after 15 years on the run. According to the records, Nguyen Phuong Loan was issued a wanted notice No. 13 dated June 5, 2010 by the Investigation Police Agency - Le Chan District Police (old) for the crime of "Theft of property" under Article 138 of the Penal Code. After committing the crime, the subject fled the locality and changed his residence many times to avoid being arrested by the police.
