The People's Committee of Kien Minh commune directed specialized departments and propaganda teams, together with the Party Cell, Phong Quang village, Dai Tra Son, Dai Tra Duc, Dai Tra Hong to continue to propagate to 3 households and individuals whose land is recovered, and owners of assets attached to the land agree so that the locality can complete the work of site clearance and hand it over to the project construction unit.
Previously, on the morning of October 17, the People's Committee of Kien Minh commune organized the enforcement of land recovery decisions for 6 households and individuals whose land was recovered, and owners of assets attached to the land when the state reclaimed land to implement the New Urban Area Construction Investment Project in Duong Kinh and Kien Thuy districts.
Notably, thanks to good propaganda, mobilization, and preparation for enforcement, before the enforcement time, Ms. N.T.N's household and two households with related rights and Ms. N.T.T's household agreed to hand over the site, asking the Commune People's Committee to support the move of furniture and structures. The enforcement session took place according to plan, ensuring publicity, transparency, democracy, objectivity, and compliance with regulations.
