At the same time, the ward will continue to coordinate with the city's functional agencies and the investor to promote propaganda and mobilization work, create unity in awareness and action, contributing to the completion of site clearance for the Dai An Industrial Park Expansion Project (phase 2) on schedule, serving the local socio-economic development.

The Dai An Industrial Park Expansion Project (phase 2) is invested by Dai An Industrial Park Infrastructure Development One Member Co., Ltd. with a total capital of about VND 2,300 billion. The project has a total reclaimed area of 224.4 hectares, of which Cam Doai commune (old) has an area of 184.4 hectares, within the scope of 3 villages of Ha Xa, Kim Xa and Quang Cu.

Currently, there are still 34 households that have not agreed to hand over the site to the Project because they think that the unit price for compensation and support for assets is still low and have asked the investor to consider supporting additional construction costs.
