Recently, the Department of Administrative Management of Social Order of Hai Phong City Police has stepped up patrolling, controlling, ensuring public order, traffic safety and order in apartment buildings, urban areas, and some roads in the city.
Through patrolling and controlling, in April 2025 alone, the unit's functional forces promptly detected and reminded nearly 240 cases of illegal car and motorbike parking. At the same time, nearly 1,500 businesses were mobilized to sign a commitment not to encroach on illegal roads and sidewalks as business and trading places; make records and issue decisions to administratively sanction 5 violations.
Units coordinated to collect and gather vagrants in the city, bringing 9 cases to the Youth Social Labor School. Along with that, deploying the rapid response police work, the unit promptly received and processed 37/37 reports on security and order during the month.
