Previously, due to the impact of storm No. 11, Gia Vien ward had once announced a change in the time to organize the ward trade fair in 2025 from October 5 to 11 as planned to October 7 to 13. The fair has a scale of 70-100 booths introducing, promoting and trading OCOP products, cuisine, wooden furniture and ornamental plants.
On the same day, Hai Phong City also postponed the 725th Anniversary of the loss of National Hero Tran Hung Dao and the Con Son - Kiep Bac Autumn Festival in 2025 (as planned at 7:30 p.m., October 7), due to complicated weather conditions.
