The first Executive Committee Conference of the Women's Union (WUSA) of Gia Loc commune (term 2021-2026) took place in a solemn atmosphere, marking a promising start to a new, dynamic and creative term for members and the community.
At the conference, delegates heard the announcement of the Decisions to establish the Gia Loc Commune Women's Union, the decision to appoint the Executive Committee consisting of 45 comrades, the Standing Committee consisting of 12 comrades. Ms. Nguyen Thi Nga was appointed to hold the position of President of the Association; along with 6 Vice Presidents of the Association who are dedicated and experienced officials, promising to continue to inherit and promote the effectiveness of the Association's activities in the coming time.
Also in the program, the conference approved the draft Working Regulations of the Executive Committee and the Standing Committee of the Association for the 2021-2026 term; the draft Work Program and targets for the last 6 months of 2025.
In order to create a vibrant competitive atmosphere right from the beginning of the term, the Women's Union of Gia Loc commune launched an emulation movement, organizing the signing of emulation commitments for the last 6 months of the year with many practical contents: maintaining the models of "Collisioning and classifying waste at source", " roads, self-managed streets"; promoting cultural - artistic - sports activities; mobilizing members to actively support the Program "Accompanying women on the border", orphan sponsorship funds...
Speaking at the conference, representatives of the leaders of the Commune Fatherland Front Committee and mass organizations highly appreciated the solidarity and proactiveness of the Executive Committee for the new term. The opinions clearly orient the goal of innovating the content and methods of the Association's activities in a flexible, close-to-the-back, and better caring for the material and spiritual life of female members.
The conference also took the time to express gratitude and part ways with the Chairmen of the Associations of the communes before the merger, acknowledge and honor the valuable contributions of the women in the past journey, creating cohesion and continuity between generations of Association officials.
With a perfected apparatus, determination to innovate and a vibrant emulation movement, the Women's Union of Gia Loc commune entered the new term with a spirit of solidarity, creativity, determination to successfully carry out the set tasks, actively contributing to the overall development of the locality.
