Recently, Honeywell Group and Google signed an agreement to connect artificial intelligence (AI) technology with industrial data.

Honeywell - a group with a branch in Vietnam - has just signed an agreement with Google to connect artificial intelligence technology with industrial data, thereby providing automated processes to customers.

It is known that this cooperation will combine Google's Gemini tool - the most advanced AI technology of this enterprise - with Honeywell's industrial data collected through the Forge platform, to automate tasks and reduce project implementation time in the industry that continues to struggle with a lack of human resources.

AI tools will help automate tasks for engineers, warehouse workers and technicians. Accordingly, the first AI-powered solutions will reach Honeywell customers in 2025.

Vimal Kapur - Chairman and CEO of Honeywell said: "The path to automation requires harder operations, smarter workforce and more efficient operating processes".

At the same time, Honeywell representative also said that with the new autonomous effects built on Google's Vertex AI platform, automated tasks will help reduce the project design cycle and users can process many types of data such as images, videos, text and sensor data.

Honeywell is trying to take advantage of the recent explosion of AI technology, as well as aiming to reduce maintenance costs, increase operational productivity and "enhance employee skills" through its customer partnership.
