HUE - The creative camp brings together 30 domestic and foreign artists, contributing to spreading Hue's cultural values and renewing the space of the heritage city.

On April 21, the Organizing Committee of Hue Festival announced that it had just issued a Project to organize Hue International Sculpture Composition Farm 2025 with the theme "Impressions of Hue, Vietnam - 2025".

The creative camp aims to create an environment for exchange and creativity between domestic and international artists, promoting the development of sculpture in Hue.

Thereby, contributing to preserving and promoting the value of the ancient capital's heritage, elevating Hue to become a cultural - artistic city worthy of being a centrally-run city.

According to the plan, the composition camp will take place from November 21 to December 5, 2025 at the park space along the North bank of the Huong River (from Nghinh Luong Dinh to the foot of Da Vien Bridge), closing on December 8, 2025.

It is expected that the workshop will gather 30 domestic and foreign artists, bringing 30 granite sculptures, with a maximum height of 3m and a maximum width of 2m.

The works focus on expressing the beauty of Hue culture, the contemporary urban life, the spirit of international integration and the identity of the ancient capital.

After completion, the works will be displayed in public spaces, contributing to enriching urban landscapes and bringing art closer to the community.

The organizers said that this activity is not only a place for artists to show their talents, but also an opportunity for cultures to interact and dialogue. Each work will be a cultural bridge, contributing to spreading the image of Hue - Festival City, a unique cultural and artistic destination on the world tourism map.

In particular, during the National Tourism Year 2025, the works after handover will become a long-standing artistic asset of the city, creating an impression of urban space and promoting sustainable tourism development.
