The project is invested by Hoang Huy Infrastructure and Urban Development Joint Stock Company, with a scale of nearly 110 hectares and a total investment of VND 2,156 billion. The project includes a 27-hole international standard golf course, a luxury hotel, a resort, an operator's house, a practice ground, a parking lot, a maintenance area and a synchronous infrastructure system.
Up to now, the province has decided to allocate land and hand over the site to investors. The enterprise has signed contracts for a number of packages, in which priority is given to the construction of D1 road connecting the project; at the same time, continue to negotiate with contractors to ensure the completion schedule in February 2028.
At the meeting, the investor representative recommended that the province pay attention to removing difficulties in filling materials and land prices; consider approving the policy of funding for planning, creating conditions for launching real estate projects and tourism services around the golf course. Leaders of departments and branches discussed and clarified each content, and proposed appropriate solutions to ensure overall progress.
Concluding, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Lai Van Hoan assessed that when the project comes into operation, it will bring great socio-economic efficiency, contribute to the formation of a high-quality coastal ecosystem, promote tourism, services and attract investment in the Coastal Economic Zone. He agreed with the plan and roadmap proposed by the investor, and requested to continue completing the detailed plan, mobilizing maximum resources and shortening construction time.
Regarding the recommendations, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Construction to preside over the guidance of construction procedures, ensuring filling material sources; the Department of Agriculture and Environment to review and determine land prices according to regulations, ensuring the harmony of interests of the State and enterprises. Regarding the proposal to finance the planning cost, the province will synthesize and report to the leaders of the Provincial People's Committee for consideration and comments.
