Hung Yen honors outstanding collectives and individuals in creative labor

Hung Yen - The provincial Department of Home Affairs has just issued a notice to ask for public opinion on the collectives and individuals proposed to be awarded the noble title of "Hero of Labor".

The consultation is carried out according to the direction of the People's Committee of Hung Yen province in Official Dispatch No. 2409/UBND-NC dated October 22, 2025, to implement the Ministry of Home Affairs' instructions on reviewing and considering awarding the titles of "Hero of the People's Armed Forces" and "Hero of Labor".

According to the provisions of Clause 2, Article 44 of Decree 152/2025/ND-CP of the Government, the list of individuals and groups proposed for commendation must be made public for at least 10 working days on the province's media before the Provincial Emulation and Reward Council meets to consider.

Based on the above regulations, the Emulation and Reward Board, the Department of Home Affairs of Hung Yen province, which is the standing agency of the Provincial Emulation and Reward Council, has publicized the list of collectives and individuals proposed to be awarded the title of "Hero of Labor", including:

The Provincial Emulation and Reward Board recommends that people in the province give their opinions on the above-mentioned groups and individuals. The comments will be compiled and submitted to the Provincial Emulation and Reward Council for consideration and reporting to the competent authority for decision according to regulations.
