On November 2, the Investigation Police Agency of Hue City Police announced that it had issued a decision to prosecute the case, prosecute the accused, and temporarily detain Nguyen Thi Hien (born in 1963), Nguyen Thi Hong Hanh (born in 1983), and Nguyen Thi Le Hang (born in 1976), all residing at 97 Dinh Tien Hoang (Dong Ba Ward, Hue City) to investigate and clarify the act of "Violating another person's residence".
Due to conflicts related to land and residence disputes with Ms. Nguyen Thi H.A (born in 1998, residing at 97 Dinh Tien Hoang, Dong Ba ward, Hue city), Hien, Hanh, Hang and 3 other subjects proceeded to vandalize, curse, and chase Ms. H.A out of her residence, causing a disruption of security and order in the locality.
After receiving the report, Hue City Police coordinated with relevant agencies to conduct a crime scene investigation, control and summon the subjects to the headquarters for questioning.
Currently, the Hue City Police Investigation Agency is continuing to consolidate the case file to handle the above subjects in accordance with the provisions of law.
