Prosecution of a subject for illegal possession of drugs in Tay Ninh

The Investigation Police Agency of Tay Ninh Province Police has just issued a Decision to prosecute Tran Anh Phat (born in 1998), residing on Cu Luyen Street (Long An Ward, Tay Ninh Province) to investigate and clarify the act of illegally storing drugs.

Previously, on July 12, 2025, while patrolling, Long An Ward Police discovered Phat hiding a nylon bag containing 0.4864 grams of Methamphetamine.

The case is currently being further investigated for handling according to the provisions of law.
