On April 23, the Investigation Police Agency of Dong Nai Province Police issued a decision to prosecute the case, prosecute the accused, and apply preventive measures to prohibit leaving the place of residence for 9 subjects related to the fight that occurred in An Binh Ward, Bien Hoa City on the afternoon of April 7.
Accordingly, the subjects living in Bien Hoa City were prosecuted including: N.Q.H., T.A.T., L.L.T.T.T.T.T.T.H., N.Q.T., H.N.H., N.T.H.T (all 17 years old); Bui Nguyen Nguyen Bao, Dinh Nguyen Hoang Phuc (both 18 years old).
According to the initial investigation results, due to a personal conflict with a 16-year-old girl (residing in Trang Dai ward, Bien Hoa city), on the afternoon of April 7, N.Q.H proactively texted the girl's group to resolve the conflict.
After that, H invited the above subjects to bring many dangerous weapons including 2 homemade knives, 1 iron pipe, 1 3-section stick to the meeting place at an empty lot in Quarter 1, An Binh Ward, Bien Hoa City.
When the group of subjects were gathering to prepare to fight, they were discovered by the patrol force of An Binh Ward Police, promptly stopped and arrested.
The Investigation Police Agency of Dong Nai Province Police is continuing to investigate and clarify to strictly handle the subjects according to the provisions of the law.
