On March 6, the Criminal Police Department of Ba Ria - Vung Tau Provincial Police summoned and invited 38 subjects to work with weapons to fight, many of whom were very young.
Previously, when patrolling Long Dat and Xuyen Moc districts, at around 10:00 p.m. on March 4, the Working Group of the Criminal Police Department of Ba Ria - Vung Tau Provincial Police discovered many subjects carrying weapons ( homemade knives, three forks, and free-range trees) traveling on the roads in Phuoc Buu town and Phuoc Thuan commune (Xuyen Moc district), so they coordinated with local police forces to organize checkpoints, check-ups, and invite them to the headquarters for questioning.
The working process determined: N.T.L (17 years old, residing in Lang Dai commune, Long Dat district) had a conflict with Tran Hoai Hieu (18 years old, commonly known as Coi, residing in Phuoc Tan commune, Xuyen Moc district), so the two made an appointment to fight in Cau Dai area of Go Cat hamlet, Phuoc Thuan commune, Xuyen Moc district.

After that, L and Hieu each invited about 20 more subjects, drove a motorbike carrying homemade weapons to pay each other at the meeting place. However, when discovered by the authorities, the subjects fled.
During the verification process, the Criminal Police Department of the Provincial Police summoned and invited 36 other subjects to work, temporarily detained many vehicles and weapons used by the subjects to fight. The subjects admitted to their violations.
